# startSimulation

Canonical ID: `simulation.start`. Nederlands: `startSimulatie`.

Starts the supplied simulation clock. It does not wait or advance time by itself.

## Signature

startSimulation(clock)
```

## Return value and behavior

A new clock Map with paused set to false.

The helper returns a new value. Use set/zet when updating a variable; the earlier value stays unchanged.

## Example

let clock = startSimulation(simulationClock(0.1))
