# simulationClock

Creates an explicit simulation clock. The step must be between 0.000001 and 10 seconds.

## Signature

simulationClock(stepSeconds)
```

## Return value and behavior

A clock Map, paused at time zero with rate 1.

The helper returns a new value. Use set/zet when updating a variable; the earlier value stays unchanged.
