# measurementSeries

Creates an empty measurement series. Label and unit are Text; capacity is an integer from 1 to 2048 and defaults to 256.

## Signature

```text
measurementSeries(label, unit, capacity (optional))
```

## Return value and behavior

A new series Map with no samples.

The helper returns a new value. Use set/zet when updating a variable; the earlier value stays unchanged.

## Example
